The cheese set does not change the overall style of Fabrizio: a board and three cheese knives are packed in a faux leather case, which perfectly matches in texture and color with other items in the series. The zippered case unfolds like a folder, securely protecting the items from mechanical damage and allowing for compact and convenient storage. A textile loop is provided on the spine for hanging and carrying. Inside, the case has securing rubber bands for each knife and board.
Three knives allow for a proper approach to serving and plating almost any type of cheese.
- The cheese cleaver is designed for slicing semi-hard and hard varieties such as cheddar, fontina, colby, and gruyere. Thanks to it, you can cut these varieties into even rectangles or cubes.
- The narrow knife is for soft and medium-soft varieties: the airy pockets formed by the holes will prevent the cheese from sticking to the blade and help slice thin slices evenly.
- The cheese plane is for semi-hard and moderately hard cheeses, with it you can slice Altai, gouda, Bukovinian, and Lithuanian varieties into thin slices.
The board is made of bamboo, easy to clean and suitable for cutting as well as serving snacks.
