The Cheese Set from the Bamboo collection includes a board, a removable knife stand, knives, and is designed for slicing and serving various types of cheese.
The leaf-shaped knife, also known as a Parmesan knife, is designed for hard cheeses that are almost impossible to slice, rather they need to be broken. The cheese knife is intended for very soft cheeses, and the wide spatula is for soft and semi-hard cheeses. The two-pronged fork is used for serving, as well as helping with slicing.
Thanks to the removable stand, the board can be flipped over and used on the smooth side for easier slicing of products, and the board is easier to store when disassembled.
